Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with original packaging and complete accessories. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@adventhor.ph. Please note that returns must be sent to our address in Pasig City, Metro Manila (provided upon approval).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

🔧 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.



🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Customized or modified products

  • Digital items or downloads

  • Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible), and once approved, place a new separate order.



💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or e-wallet within 5–10 business days.

Please allow time for your bank or wallet provider to process the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved, contact us at support@adventhor.ph.
